We provide Product and Sales Training based on best practices via our not for profit education arm IAEOU. We provide sales scripts, daily sales huddles and one on one support with your sales manager.
Most of our training is self-guided online, or one-on-one, or small groups, over Zoom.us with your Sales Manager. Your Sales Manager provides ongoing coaching and any internal support you require to win more business. We also encourage communication and collaboration amongst your peers.
Monthly sales quotas are established.
Merchants of who have one or more “bricks and mortar” locations. Big or small. They sell to consumers or other businesses and are actively engaged in marketing their product or service.
Prospecting and cold-calling. Reaching out personally to entrepreneurs, business owners, marketing managers, and influencers in your target market and getting them excited is the best way. We use a two-part process to sell, first setting merchants up with a short term project, then up-selling them into a monthly paid plan as they see the benefits and results.
It varies, sometimes it can as long as a single call to up to a couple weeks for small to midsize merchants. For larger enterprise accounts it is typically a month or longer, plus time to get their account information in place to get started.
We pay a generous residual commission on every sale, with bi-monthly payouts. In terms of how much you can earn, it varies based on full-time or part-time efforts, experience, sales skills and closing ratios. For successful full-time sales people it’s not unreasonable to attain a mid- five-to-six figure income in the first year. In year two or three, with residuals, there is definite potential to earn a six-figure plus income.
The choice is yours. We will set your monthly sales goals according to how much you choose to work.
Once you reach a six figure income we will be willing to negotiate a defined territory for you. Until that time, the world map is your oyster.
