Step 2: Launching Your Action Plan

All of our action plans share common themes customized to meet your business goals and needs. They include: Keyword research for each channel you include in your communication plan.

  • Setting up your geo-fence target areas based on your specific keywords.
  • Writing scripts for direct messaging through social media or sms text messaging.
  • Reviewing or launching email marketing campaigns.
  • Creating content which might include blog posts, podcasts, and social media imagery and copy.

Who Will Be Assigned to My Account?

You will be assigned a dedicated manager who will be your main point of contact.

How will you learn about my business?

We will learn your business initially through several meeting sessions and sometimes through a questionnaire. We also we will do more research behind the scenes and develop a strategy that is specific to your business growth goals and needs.

How long are the contracts?

Initial contracts are for 3 campaign cycles which is 4 months. That is comprised of Campaign 1, which is for 8 weeks. During this time we establish the level of service you need, run the first campaign, and allow some extra time for knowledge transfer and role setting.  Campaign 2 and 3 last 4 weeks each followed by 1 week of reflection for pivots, adjustments etc.

After that, you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice.

Are there any setup fees?

There is a one-time setup fee that is $150 to cover the development of your communication strategy and account set up. The set up fee includes setting you up in our analytics software, social media systems, and creating any necessary advertising accounts and social media pages based on our customized communication strategy we create for you.

How long does it take to get started?

If you are ready to get started, contact us. We will help you identify the best plan of action and develop a proposal for you. Upon your approval, we will get your campaign started right away. Most of the time it takes 5-10 business days to kick off the first campaign depending on the number of services agreed upon.
